Continuing Productivity While Your Employees Are Working From Home

This week, Google announced that it plans to have its employees working from home at least until next summer 2021.

To my fellow executives and managers:

If your employees do not need to work from the office to effectively perform their daily job functions, why rush them back? Do not be so focused on how things used to be that you lose sight on how things should/could be.

Yes, working in the office is great and enhances collaboration but this, along with productivity, can still be achieved while working remotely.

Rather than stressing yourself to create a plan for your employees to return to the office, put that energy and creativity into enhancing teamwork and collaboration while they are required to work in remote locations.

Remember, it’s not about where your employee is working but the quality of their work.
